The Virginia Tourism Corporation is scrambling to adjust their new campaign, Live Passionately, a sub-message to the "Virginia is for Lovers" slogan, which has been in use since 1969.
Seems the heart symbol made by models in many of the ads is also the symbol favored by the notorious Gangster Disciples, a Chicago based gang.

This is very funny. You know that the poor agency in Virginia had no clue. And that 99.9999% of the people who see the ad are thinking "cheesy hand gesture" and not "scary gang symbol."

Exactly, Toad. How did this get discovered? Likely either a cop or a gangster alerted the VA Tourism board.

plus, wait till they find out that stomping on grapes is a gang initiation rite immediately followed by stomping on a rival's head.
