Telemarketers: You're Slipping
You know how I know it's you when you call at 6:10PM (besides the fact that you're calling the home phone at 6:10 PM and anyone who knows me or anyone I want to talk to would have my cell number)?
Here's how:
Me: Hello?
You: No response (with audible call center conversations happening in background)
Me: Hello?
You: (Long pause) ....Yes, May I speak with Mr...
Me: Click
Step it up, dummies.

better solution: get on the "no-call" list. it really works. haven't had a sales call in years.
