McDonald's Brings Peace to Middle East
Every year, 23% of Filet-O-Fish sandwich sales at McDonald's are purchased during Lent, when many Catholics abstain from meat.
Filet-O-Fish is also a hot seller among Jews and Muslims, according to the link above.

But teach a man to order Filet o' Fish and you’ve hardened his arteries for life.

I love how Mickey D's calls "Fish Filet Patty, Regular Bun, Tartar Sauce, Pasteurized Process American Cheese" "ingredients".
Talk about avoiding the subject.

Truly, in the world of the Fast Food Empires, there's little competition against the Filet O'Fish when it comes to being downright disgusting. If you enjoy the idea of breaded catfish armpits (even if they don't have any) then fine, but for me, I'd rather lick the sidewalk for my daily supplements than eat one of them suckers.
